Prior to the founding of ATN Entertainment, DaRe was an EVP at a then-reputable management company which she transitioned to from her time as an independent music manager for bands, record producers and solo artists. It was the largest and longest-running, independent showcase in SXSW history, at that time. Past experience also includes producing still photography, music supervision and casting.

DaRe is passionate about volunteering, highlighted by her enlisting to come to the aid of those in need in New York, by running a volunteer unit for 3 months after the events of 9/11.
