Dustin's unique hands-on approach, charisma, and knack at discovering raw talent quickly made him one of the most sought after agents and earned him the respect of prominent industry professionals. He believes that the client/agent relationship is collaborative, and through strategy and teamwork, his clients book competitively in film, television, and on Broadway.

Dustin Flores is a Senior Talent Agent at The Mine. Dustin moved to New York in 1999 to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. After a successful performing career, Dustin transitioned to the other side of the table.

The Mine also has a productive on-camera department with recent client bookings including: This is Us, Hamilton, Tiara, Instinct, Wicked, Shameless, Beautiful, Happy, The Book of Mormon, Modern Family, American Horror Story, Once on this Island, and Hawaii Five-0.

After almost 17 years in NYC, Dustin recently moved back to California to open and run The Mine's new Hollywood office.

He's currently interested in meeting new talent of all types-all ethnicities (18+)

Dustin Flores

Dustin grew up as a performer and attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NY.

He served as the agency director for The Mine Talent Agency for ten years, overseeing their offices in NY and LA, before joining the team at the Daniel Hoff Agency in 2021.

As one of the most sought-after agents, his clients book competitively in theatre, television, and film, and over the years he has had multiple clients nominated for Tony Awards, including a win for best-featured Actress. Dustin currently resides in Manhattan.
