Dustin Flores
Dustin grew up as a performer and attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NY.
He served as the agency director for The Mine Talent Agency for ten years, overseeing their offices in NY and LA, before joining the team at the Daniel Hoff Agency in 2021.
As one of the most sought-after agents, his clients book competitively in theatre, television, and film, and over the years he has had multiple clients nominated for Tony Awards, including a win for best-featured Actress. Dustin currently resides in Manhattan.

Makayla Koski
Makayla’s career started on stage when she began performing in elementary school. After graduating from a specialized performing arts high school, Makayla obtained her BBA in Arts and Entertainment Management and her MS in Social Media Marketing from the renowned Lubin School of Business at Pace University. Making her way into the entertainment world, Makayla worked in Public Relations at Lehman Center for The Performing Arts and Live One Entertainment before finding her way back to the arts as an Agent Assistant at Bonafide and Emerging Artists, where she is strongly in tune with their commitment to diversity and inclusivity in the arts. She handles commercials and musical theater for this office.

Tucker Stampen
A wholesome Midwesterner originally from Madison, Wisconsin. Their theatrical career began at age 11 in a very adorable, and technically illegal elementary school production of Fiddler on The Roof. From there, they studied acting at Interlochen Arts Academy, and hold a BFA in Music Theatre from Elon University. Prior to DGRW, they interned for Stewart/Whitley, Roundabout Theatre Company/C12 Casting, and Tara Rubin Casting, which led directly into a position as an Agent Assistant with TalentWorks. Their work is centered in a love for actors, and a desire to make the industry a safer, and more equitable place. They also encourage everyone to donate routinely to mutual aid funds/organizations committed to social equity, such as Honor the Earth (https://www.honorearth.net/mission-vision), An organization devoted to developing resources and support for sustainable Indigenous American communities.
