AC is thrilled to welcome Holly in to teach this One Night Only Musical Theater Master Class!

Over the years, she has worked on the casting for Broadway, Off-Broadway, National Touring Companies, Regional Theatre, Family-branded shows, Film/TV and more. One of her casts was Olivier Award Nominated in 2023!

Her recent credits include: SHREK National Tour, ON YOUR FEET with Riverside Theatre, THE LITTLE PRINCE (B-way), MAD APPLE For Cirque Du Soleil Vegas, The National tours of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, ROCK OF AGES, SOMETHING ROTTEN!, RENT, and KINKY BOOTS. Regional: AUSTEN'S PRIDE, THE LITTLE MERMAID, THE BOY FROM OZ, MAN OF LaMANCHA, GOD OF CARNAGE, GREASE and more!

Off-Broadway: THE EVOLUTION OF MANN, CHURCH AND STATE, OTHELLO: THE REMIX, THE PORTAL, TRIASSIC PARQ, 666, Tennessee Williams' THE TWO CHARACTER PLAY, HANDLE WITH CARE, PHILOSOPHY FOR GANGSTERS and NATIONAL PASTIME.

Other Tours: MOTOWN: THE MUSICAL, VOCALOSITY, FLASHDANCE, NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT, JEKYLL AND HYDE (National and Korean tour), DREAMGIRLS (Korean tour), JOSEPH...DREAMCOAT, OKLAHOMA! and A CHORUS LINE. They are also resident casting for Midtown Direct Rep in South Orange (midtowndirectrep.org).

For this Master Class, please prepare 16-32 bars of a song you LOVE to audition with and that you believe best represents you. Also, please have your full book of music on hand.

The evening will start off with a Q & A, and then each actor will perform for Holly using your prepared material in a group format.  She will coach, give direction and offer honest, constructive feedback on your audition material if what you are currently using doesn't “work".

Holly is interested in working with actors of ALL TYPES - ALL AGES (13+).

An accompanist will be provided. 

This class is limited to 16 ADVANCED Musical Theater actors.

WHAT TO PREPARE:

For this Master Class, please prepare 16-32 bars of a song you LOVE to audition with and that you believe best represents you. Also, please have your full book of music on hand.

• Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

• The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

She is the Business of Acting Instructor and Showcase Consultant for American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC. Through teaching she strives to help performers navigate the audition process in a way that allows them to bring their unique and authentic self to their work in the audition room.
