New! LATINX / SPANISH ACCENTS - 2 Week Online Class led by Paula Vanlandingham, Professional Dialect Coach

Are you an actor whose getting auditions to work in an “ethnic” or “global” accent that you represent, even though you're a native English speaker?

Are you unsure how to produce that “foreign” accent?

If so, don't miss this new 2 week series (one hour each) with professional accent colors coach Paula Vanlandingham. Paula is a linguist who has been coaching in film, TV, voice over and videogames for the last 12 years.

In the first class, Paula will teach the essential phonetic sounds of Spanish accents as performed in English and Spanish. Features that distinguish different dialect regions will be covered.

In week 2, actors will have the opportunity to review and produce the accent features while putting it to use in short scene excerpts from prominent film & television sceeenplays.

You'll receive course materials and scene sides for class work.

• Arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event is slated to start. Your host will give important information about the event at this time.

Paula Vanlandingham

Paula is a linguist who has been coaching in film, TV, voice over and videogames for the last 12 years.

She trained at Lee Strasberg in NY and has a Master's degree is in Linguistic Anthropology as well. She speaks Spanish, French, German, Bosnian and Russian and is currently studying Italian.

Paula's worked on numerous TV/film productions and one of the films she coached won an Oscar in 2015 (British actor performing in American accent).

One of the most lucrative areas for her clients has been the voiceover and videogame industry.  The games she's coached have grossed over a billion dollars, with such marquis titles as Call of Duty, Wolfenstein II, Westworld, Star Wars Squadrons, and many others still in the pipeline!

Her mission is to get AS MANY ACTORS WORKING THIS YEAR AS POSSIBLE!
