NEW! THEATRE INTENSIVE: THE ART OF THE CALLBACK -with Judy Bowman CSA, Casting Director, Judy Bowman Casting

Monday, November 4, 2019, 6:30pm ET / 3:30pm PT

This event is in the past.

Judy brings years of casting experience to this evening where she'll be working with you on what it takes to book the role!

The art of the callback will ask actors to participate in different callback scenarios that frequently occur in casting sessions: new sides, different roles, mixing and matching actor pairings, etc. Learn how to NAIL the callback, seal the deal, and land the job.

For this one night intensive, Judy will select sides for you to prepare based on your headshot and fully completed MY INFO section in your AC account. The event will start off with an informative Q&A, followed by your presentation of the scene with a reader in a group setting. Be prepared to take feedback and adjustments.

Assignments will be emailed 1-3 days in advance from sides@actorsconnection.comPlease bring in TWO copies of your sides - one for you, and one for your reader (with the reader's lines highlighted).

Always bring a hardcopy of your headshot/resume to class for feedback purposes.

**Please keep in mind that all programs at Actors Connection are for educational and professional development purposes. Participating in any class or event is not a promise of employment.**
