We are THRILLED to welcome First Time Guest Christine McKenna from the Incredible Stewart/Whitley Casting!

Prior to joining her current office, Christine spent three years at Harriet Bass Casting, as a Casting Associate, working on Regional Equity Theater. Clients included: Portland Center Stage, Alliance Theatre, Virginia Stage Company, Syracuse Stage and Dallas Theater Center. During this time, she also worked as a Freelance Casting Director at Telsey + Co. where she assisted in casting Pilots for CBS, NBC and FOX.

For this Master Class, please prepare TWO contrasting 16 bar cuts and bring your book as Christine may want to hear something additional. The evening will start off with a Q & A, and then each actor will perform for Christine using your prepared material in a group format. She will coach, give direction and help you figure out whats working!

Other casting experience includes freelancing at Paladino Casting where she worked on various international and national commercials, live and promotional events such as the opening of Lexus Fashion show 2013, as well as television projects ranging from reality television to scripted material such as Team Umizoomi (Nickelodeon) and Taxi Brooklyn (TF1/NBC).

Christine holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons), from Queens University, Belfast, and a Diploma in Acting from LAMDA, London, and an Associate Acting Degree from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, New York.

She is interested in meeting non-union and union actors at all stages of their careers that are interested in musicals/plays that her office cast: which ranges from non-union and union theatrical national tours to Broadway and Off-Broadway productions.
