Here's your chance to work with one of NY's top feature/indie film casting directors!

This 2 week class focuses on auditioning on camera and will concentrate on film sides which Eve will cast in advance. All aspects of working on-camera in film will be covered fully by Eve including audition tips and techniques, and answers to every question you were ever afraid to ask! In your first week, you'll work on feature film comedy sides and your second week feature film drama.

EVE BATTAGLIA is best known for casting the Oscar nominated TRANSAMERICA and was most recently the US Casting Director for the hit Netflix series LILYHAMMER which stars Steve Van Zandt (Sopranos, E Street Band).

Eve's most recent project, currently in post, is PROFESSOR MARSTIN AND THE WONDER WOMEN, starring Rebecca Hall and Luke Evans.

Eve's recent projects include: THE TRANSFIGURATION (premiered at Cannes 2016 in the prestigious Un Certain Regard section) and LONG NIGHTS, SHORT MORNINGS (premiered at SXSW 2016).

Past projects include:feature films WHEN I LIVE MY LIFE OVER AGAIN starring Christopher Walken, Amber Heard, and Oliver Platt (premiered at Tribeca Film Festival) the indie features CATCH 22, LILY OF THE FEAST starring Paul Sorvino, and the art house horror film #HORROR starring Chloe Sevigny and Tim Hutton (opened at the IFC theater). Her film CREATIVE CONTROL won a special jury prize at the SXSW Film Festival, was released theatrically by Magnolia and Amazon & was recognized in Indiewire's top ten of 2016! Other projects include the indie feature MATCH starring Patrick Stewart, Matthew Lillard and Carla Gugino, the feature film LULLABY starring Richard Jenkins, Jennifer Hudson and Amy Adams, and BLUE CAPRICE starring Isaiah Washington (premiered at Sundance 2013, was opening night for New Directors/New films at MOMA and was nominated for an Indie Spirit award and two Gotham Awards). Eve has been nominated for the prestigious Artios Award by the Casting Society of America.

One of NY's top indie film casting directors, EVE BATTAGLIA is best known for casting the Oscar-nominated TRANSAMERICA and was the US Casting Director for the hit Netflix series LILYHAMMER which starred Steve Van Zandt (Sopranos, E Street Band). Currently, Eve is working on TWO indie features. One of her recent indie features SWAN SONG starring Udo Kier, Jennifer Coolidge and Michael Urie and directed by Todd Stephens is 92% certified fresh on Rotten Tomatoes and up for a variety of awards. Eve is nominated for an Artios Award for SWAN SONG and it's also up for two Indie Indie Spirit awards.
