Amanda Watkins serves as EVP of Production and Development at The Araca Group, a production company in New York City. She has worked with dozens of writers, composers, and directors developing new work and served as the Executive Producer for the 2010 revival of Lend Me A Tenor, directed by Stanley Tucci. Before working at Araca, Amanda enjoyed a 15 year career as an actress, performing on Broadway and across the country. In 2004, she was awarded a certificate of excellence for her work in the theatre by the state of Georgia's House of Representatives. Amanda serves on the Board of the Colt Coeur Theatre Company, is on the advisory committee for The Broadway Dreams Foundation, and is an Associate Member of The Broadway League. She has a BFA from Florida State University and MA from NYU.
