Elena began her career in the industry twenty years ago, soon after which she became an agent at ICM. Since then, she's held positions in casting, personal management and theatrical representation. Currently, she is a partner at JLC Entertainment Group, managing a select group of clients for film, TV and theater. She is also a respected instructor as she's been teaching at The Juilliard School for the past nine years. Currently, she's seeking all types (18+) and has a special need for younger ethnic men.
