Stand-Ins Inc has been providing talent to various shows for over 20 years including: award shows, reality shows, concerts, and fashion shows.

Their network TV clients include ABC-TV, CBS-TV, and NBC-TV.

Stand-in work can be a great way for aspiring actors to obtain on-set experience, get a foot in the door, and network with cast and crew. In particular, you'll learn the technical aspects of on-camera acting, as you get to see how scenes are shot (and reshot) and get paid for your time.

Barbara was previously at Product Model Management for 5 years where she developed the Adult Commercial Print Department.

At this time, she is looking for all ages, types and ethnicities for her many jobs! She's called in and booked tons of AC actors and just BOOKED two more for awards shows!

From here last seminar, she called in every registrant to work with them!

What to Prepare:

Nothing to prepare for this seminar. Please make sure you have uploaded your headshot and resume to your AC account and filled out in detail the MY INFO section.

Barbara Stein

Barbara Stein brings decades of experience in talent representation, commercial print, and entertainment industry staffing.

Barbara spent five years at Product Model Management, where she developed and expanded the agency’s Adult Commercial Print Department. She later founded Stand-Ins Inc., which has provided talent for major television productions, award shows, reality shows, concerts, fashion shows, and high-profile entertainment events for over 20 years.

Throughout her career, Barbara has worked with an impressive roster of clients and productions, including:

  • The View – A 29-year relationship, including its recent 30th Anniversary celebration.

  • NBCUniversal – 15 years working with the NBCUniversal Upfront presentations, along with NBC talent, Telemundo, NBC journalists, and Bravo productions.
