Monday, August 31, 2026, 1pm ET / 10am PT

Price: Free

Success in acting isn't just about talent—it's about staying in the game long enough for your talent to be discovered.

The RAD Actor Mindset is designed to help actors develop the resilience, confidence, and perspective needed to navigate one of the most challenging industries in the world.

Through practical strategies, personal stories from over 30 years in the business, and interactive discussion, Roger helps actors overcome rejection, self-doubt, fear, comparison, and the emotional ups and downs that can derail even the most talented performers.

Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, you'll leave each session with renewed motivation, actionable tools, and a healthier mindset to keep moving your career forward. Because often the actors who succeed aren't simply the most talented—they're the ones who refuse to quit.

"Talent gets you noticed. Persistence builds a career. Stay Resilient. Stay Aligned. Stay Driven. Stay RAD."
