Danny Prather is the founder of Hudson Artists Agency - a boutique agency based in New York City.
He opened Hudson in 2017 after working in the entertainment industry for over a decade.
His office represents a diverse list of developmental and established actors currently on Broadway, Tours, Television and in Films.
Hudson clients can be seen working on Broadway and on Tour, in: MJ, LION KING, HADESTOWN, HAMILTON, THE GREAT GATSBY, COME FROM AWAY, BOOK OF MORMON, COME FROM AWAY, LES MIZ, ALADDIN, HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD, MOULIN ROUGE, ONCE UPON A MATTRESS, THE OUTSIDERS, WATER FOR ELEPHANTS, and WICKED.
On TV, his current clients have appeared on: THE BLACKLIST, FBI, SVU, YOU, BLUE BLOODS, THE EQUALIZER, GODFATHER OF HARLEM (to name a few).
Danny is interested in meeting all types, all ethnicities, and all ages (18+).

Please note that this in person seminar will be at:
Pearl Studios NYC
500 8th Avenue, 3rd, 4th and 12th floors
(between 35th and 36th)
You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.
WHAT TO PREPARE:
For this event, please bring in a song OR your own scene of choice (no more than 2-3 pages in length and no longer than 2 minutes) that you feel best showcases your strengths as an actor. If you do not have your own scene, you can select a scene from the General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration).
IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO A SCENE: Please email jess@actorsconnection.com your scene choice AS AN ATTACHMENT (file should be labeled YourName_CHARACTER) by 5pm (EST) the DAY BEFORE the event.
In addition, please bring TWO HARD COPIES of your scene - one highlighted FOR THE READER

The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

Our online office hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday
If you have an emergency for a class you are participating in outside of these hours, please email help@actorsconnection.com and your host will be able to respond.
