Michela Pantano is a talent manager in the NY office of Vanguard Management Group. After graduating college, Michela became an agent assisting in the children’s department at Abrams (A3 Artists Agency), where she discovered her love for representation.

She transitioned to talent management starting off as an executive assistant at Vanguard and worked her way up in the company to talent manager in just 3 years.

Michela prides herself on her interpersonal relationships with clients – helping them navigate, grow, and sustain their careers in the entertainment industry. She has a keen eye for talent and first-hand experience of being both in front of and behind the camera.

Client bookings include: Oscar Winner CODA, Blue Bloods, Reacher (Amazon), NCIS: Hawaii, City on a Hill, Butch Cassidy and the Wild Bunch, Doom Patrol, Law & Order: SVU, The Changeling, Hunters to name a few.

What to Prepare:

For this seminar, please prepare a scene of choice that you feel best showcases your strengths as an actor. You can select a scene from the General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration), OR bring in your own 2-3 page scene. 

Please email jess@actorsconnection.com your scene choice AS AN ATTACHMENT (file should be labeled YourName_CHARACTER) by 5pm (EST) the DAY BEFORE the event.

Please follow the procedures listed below:

  • Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

  • Arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event is slated to start. Your host will give important information about the event at this time.

  • Instructions and the ZOOM link for access to this online event will be emailed to you in advance. If you have not received the link by 12pm (EST) the day-of the event, please reach out to registration@actorsconnection.com at least one hour PRIOR to the start of class.

Michela Pantano

Michela Pantano is a talent manager in the NY office of the bi-coastal management company, Vanguard Management Group.

Michela has been with the company for nearly seven years, starting as an assistant and quickly advancing to a manager within her first three years. She represents clients across TV, film, and theatre, including Broadway and off-Broadway productions.

Having been an auditioning actor herself as a child, Michela brings a unique perspective to her work, understanding the dedication, training, and confidence needed to succeed. She takes pride in fostering strong interpersonal relationships with her clients, helping them navigate, grow, and sustain their careers in the entertainment industry.
