After a Q&A she'll see Sides with a Reader or Songs ONE on ONE.
For this seminar, Bridget would like you to bring in a song or a 2-3 page Film/TV scene that you feel showcases your strengths as an actor. The event will start off with an informative Q&A, followed by your presentation of the song or scene with a reader.
You have the option to bring in your own 2-3 page Film/TV scene, or select one from our General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration). Please bring in TWO copies of your chosen scene - one for you, and one for your reader (with the reader's lines highlighted).
Always bring a hardcopy of your headshot/resume to class for feedback purposes.

BRIDGET MCCARTHY is the newest agent in the theatrical department at Bloc NYC.
She has clients in many Broadway shows including HARRY POTTER & THE CURSED CHILD, MOULIN ROUGE, THE MUSIC MAN, DEAR EVAN HANSEN, TINA, and ALADDIN, along with National Tours such as HAMILTON and FROZEN.
She also has clients who appear regularly on TV in titles like THE MARVELOUS MRS. MAISEL, SUCCESSION, and BULL, in addition to various films, namely WEST SIDE STORY and IN THE HEIGHTS.
Bridget is an Emerson College graduate who uses her communications degree to enhance the careers of actors.
