Francesca heads the NY Division of Plaza 7 Talent Agency and Crystal Ship Artists, a SAG/AFTRA & Equity, full-service entertainment and literary agency.

Currently her acting clients can be seen on TV/FILM/Theatre (New Amsterdam, Luke Cage, Daredevil, Law & Order: SVU, The Americans, Masters, School of Rock etc.,), Among her clients are Faizon Love, Marla Maples, Jennifer Williams, Erica Mena, Jason Torres and Cathleen Trigg.

Francesca began her career in the mailroom at ICM in New York City, before moving into their Motion Pictures Talent Department, where she worked for five years. She was previously a Talent Agent at the Fifi Oscard Agency in NYC where she represented Vin Diesel, Mischa Barton, Anthony Rapp and Tim Roth. She is a Dance Theatre of Harlem alumna, a member of New York Women in Film and Television and a board member of the Black & Latino Film Coalition. She is the co-founder of the Crystal Ship Filmmaker program for emerging filmmakers.

Currently she is looking to meet trained actors with strong credits (18+) all types-all ethnicities.

Francesca Francois-Grimaldi

Francesca Francois-Grimaldi is an Experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the entertainment industry. Strong professional skills in the representation of creative artists in film and television.

An inner city kid from south London, England, Francesca carried her Caribbean heritage with her to the US more than twenty years ago. She joined prominent representation company Fifi Oscard Agency where she was franchised as an Agent within a year of joining. Later, she moved to International Creative Management (ICM), where she went through the famed agent training program and spent several years in the Motion Pictures department. Francesca joined Reuters, which later became Thomson Reuters, where she spent several years in sales and editorial departments. She is the founding partner of Plaza 7 NYC Inc which rebranded to Crystal Ship Artists, A Talent and Literary Agency, and is the co-founding member of the Crystal Ship Filmmaker program (a free, vetted program created for filmmakers, television and digital content creators).

Francesca continues to support diversity at all levels in the entertainment industry, especially at the highly coveted showrunner levels.
