Dustin's unique hands-on approach has earned him the respect of many prominent casting directors. He believes that the client/agent relationship is collaborative, and through strategy and teamwork, his clients book competitively on stage and in front of the camera.

Currently, he represents actors in principal contracts in most Broadway shows: Hamilton, Sunset Boulevard, Amelie, Waitress, Kinky Boots, The Lion King, Phantom of the Opera, Wicked), national tours, and at the countries most prestigious regional theaters. Having opened the LA office last year, Dustin works with his clients on BOTH coasts. In addition, he has clients on major television and film projects (recent bookings include The Deuce, The Tick, Gotham, Blindspot, and series regulars on multiple pilots).

The Mine also has a productive on-camera department with recent bookings including: Person of Interest, Homeland, Orange is the New Black, Law & Order: SVU, Girls, Blue Bloods, Boardwalk Empire, Nurse Jackie, Good Wife, The Leftovers and Flesh and Bone, as well as various Feature and Indie Films.

After 10 years as the Agency Director of The Mine talent agency, Dustin recently joined the team at Daniel Hoff.

Dustin moved to New York in 1999 to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. After a successful performing career, Dustin transitioned to the other side of the table. Dustin's unique hands-on approach, charisma, and knack at discovering raw talent quickly made him one of the most sought after agents and earned him the respect of prominent industry professionals. He believes that the client/agent relationship is collaborative, and through strategy and teamwork, his clients book competitively in film, television, and on Broadway.
