One of the most actor friendly CD's in the business, Gayle is currently casting the National tour of Motown, Korean tour of Dreamgirls, and The new play "Church and State" for a run int New World Stages as well as many regional shows such as " 9 to 5", "South Pacific" , " Lombardi" , " Mamma Mia!" and more! . On-camera they are currently the casting directors for The Hunt with John Walsh on CNN.
Off -Broadway: "Othello: The Remix", "The Portal", "Triassic Parq", "666", Tennessee Williams' "The Two Character Play", " Handle With Care", "Philosophy For Gangsters" and "National Pastime".
Other Tours:" Vocalosity", "Flashdance", "Nice Work If You Can Get It" , "Jekyll & Hyde" , "Joseph…Dreamcoat", "Oklahoma!" and "A Chorus Line". She is also resident casting for Midtown Direct Rep in South Orange (midtowndirectrep.org).
Recent indie films:"Best Man In The Dark" & "Tommy Battles The Silver Sea Dragon" . Pilots : "Upstate" and "Stand - In" Commercial Clients include: Yahoo, Suave, Tresseme, Breyers, Bank Of America, Crest, Verizon , Canon and many more. She has also begun producing theatre with her company Leap On Three LLC working on a Broadway Bound Play entitled "Mr. Rickey Calls A Meeting", a developing rock musical and several other projects.
Gayle consistently calls in and books actors from seminars and with the plethora of upcoming projects on her plate, she is ready to find more - and has segued agent introductions too!

Gayle Seay
Gayle is currently the artistic director of Stages St Louis. Their 2025 season includes Murder for Two, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical and the pre-Broadway production of Austen’s Pride!
As a performer she was seen on Broadway, tours, regional theatres, symphonies, cruise ships, commercials, TV, print, films and more. When she hung up her dance shoes she became a casting director in NYC and co-owned a successful casting office for over a dozen years casting National tours of Motown the Musical, Jesus Christ Superstar, Rent, Kinky Boots, Rock of Ages and more as well as TV, Indie film and commercial print.
She directed the 2022 Award winning production of A Chorus Line at STAGES and Jersey Boys in 2024 at Riverside Theatre. She was also a co-producer of The Cottage on Broadway in 2023.
