NOW ANNOUNCING: ACTORS CONNECTION PARTNERING WITH THREE OF US STUDIOS TO OFFER TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING TO NYCDA ALUMS and STUDENTS
Actors Connection, a long running professional development company focused on actors looking to grow their careers in TV, film, theater, musical theater, voiceover, commercials and hosting is NOW OFFERING specialized support to the NYCDA school community.
Students and alums are invited to a complimentary Zoom to learn more about how Actors Connection has been helping actors find agents, secure managers and build exciting relationships with casting directors since 1991.
The AC Team, in partnership with the Three of Us studios, is excited to create customized training and support to help all actors in the NYCDA family transition quickly into the professional entertainment landscape here in NY and across the US.
All attendees will receive FREE courses and valuable career training, a private career consultation and more.

The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

Instructions and the ZOOM link for access to this online event will be emailed to you in advance. If you have not received the link by one hour before the event, please reach out to registration@actorsconnection.com.
Our online office hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday
If you have an emergency for a class you are participating in outside of these hours, please email help@actorsconnection.com and your host will be able to respond.

Tony Nation
Tony Nation is an award-winning actor, writer and producer as well as a partner in Actors Connection.
As an actor, he's worked in all areas of showbusiness including theater, film, TV, commercials, and voice-overs. On TV, you can see him in the pilot of the HBO/MAX hit series THE REHEARSAL, the Emmy Award winning series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel on Amazon Prime and the hit CBS series BULL. He starred Off-Broadway in the Drama Desk award-winning musical FORBIDDEN BROADWAY 2001: A SPOOF ODYSSEY recorded on DRG Theater and has worked across the US starring in a wide variety of leading roles in regional theaters.
As a producer, he focuses on new works including readings, stage readings and full productions of plays and musicals as well as film and TV. Currently he's a co-producer for Broadway’s hit comedy THE COTTAGE and on a new docuseries TV pilot.

Colleen Kahl
Kahl has a well-rounded theatrical skillset honed through her work as a professional actress, stage manager, producer and educator in both the NYC and regional theatrical markets. Actors Connection in New York City named her president in the summer of 2018.
Outside of performance related work, Kahl gained experience in creative placemaking through working for Richard Bryant on the curation of the Rahway Arts District and the construction of the Hamilton Stage for the Performing Arts. She also consulted on the development of a teen center and youth advisory committee for a large New Jersey municipality using creative engagement methods and hands-on community outreach.
In recent years, Kahl has built theatrical and creative arts programming for more than 15 schools and community organizations. In 2017, her company, Enspirited Projects, was nominated as one of the top three innovative companies for work in arts education and self-esteem along the Jersey Shore.
Alongside her theatrical endeavors, Kahl is a serial entrepreneur. She's developed a patented jewelry product, launched a greeting card line, pitched new concepts to fortune 500 companies and has consulted on an emerging nutraceuticals brand based in Florida. She's currently prepping a keychain product and two internet businesses to market. She loves entrepreneurship, her son and her merry band of pets (2 cats and a pitbill).
Colleen enjoys working with actors and helping them think outside their box to develop career success and happiness in their everyday lives. She is big on spirituality and mindset and welcomes conversations on Jesus and building businesses anytime!
