FILM/TV INTENSIVE with JODI ANGSTREICH, Casting Associate, Laura Rosenthal Casting

Here's your opportunity to work with a casting associate from one of the most prominent film/TV casting offices in town! Currently they are working on TWO indie films as well as casting hosts for The Sundance Channel. Two of the films that they cast this past year - KILL YOUR DARLINGS starring Daniel Radcliff and Michael C. Hall and ACOD starring Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Jessica Alba and Catherine O'Hara are premiered at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival.

For this intensive, Jodi will select sides based on your picture and resume which you will be emailed and prepare in advance. The intensive starts off with an informative Q & A followed by your presentation of the scene with a reader ON-CAMERA in a group. Be prepared to take feedback and adjustments.

She's interested in meeting talent of all types and ethnicities 18+ for current and future projects.

Jodi Angstreich is a freelance casting associate for TV, Film, and commercials currently working at Laura Rosenthal Casting. Recent TV credits include the HBO pilot Spring/Fall and the Emmy nominated HBO mini-series Mildred Pierce. Recent Feature/indie credits include Arbitrage starring Richard Gere and Susan Sarandon, Rampart starring Woody Harrelson, This Must Be The Place starring Sean Penn, The Art of Getting By starring Freddie Highmore and Emma Roberts, Adult Children of Divorce and many more. Prior to joining the freelance world Jodi worked for CBS for nearly six years casting series regulars for pilots and current series. She has also worked on numerous pilots for the CW including 90210, Melrose Place, and Life Unexpected.

Jodi Angstreich is a Casting Director at Laura Rosenthal Casting. She has had the privilege of working on many feature films, television series, limited series and commercials including the upcoming limited series Eric for NETFLIX. She is nominated for an Emmy for the limited series Fleishman is in Trouble for FX.

Past projects include Bodies Bodies Bodies, The Good House, Unbelievable, Modern Love, Sweetbitter, Diane, To Dust, A Quiet Place and A Quiet Place 2, Wonderstruck, Norman, The Dinner, Carol, Olive Kitteridge, The Young Pope, Mildred Pierce and many more.

Prior to working at Laura Rosenthal Casting she worked at CBS working on many pilots and current series.
