Daryl is coming to AC to be your TV GUIDE! She is currently the Casting Director for NY's Gossip Girl and Cashmere Mafia and knows what it takes to book all types of roles for television. By popular demand from rave reviews at her recent intensives, Daryl is going to give YOU the insides scoop during this NEW 4-week on-camera class. Designed for you to work on a variety of material as well as decipher the myths around the television audition itself, week #1 will focus primarily on one or two line costar roles which can be the toughest! Week #2 will revolve around guest star material (one scene) and how to find the beginning, middle and end even when the dialogue seems limited. At the end of the session, you will be given sides for week #3 which would be considered "series regular" material for you to prepare during the week. Daryl will coach and work these sides in session #3 and begin prepping you for your "screen test." The final week, Daryl will walk you through the entire process - from your initial audition to Network - and will conclude with your "screen test" using your series regular material from week #3. From HS/resumes, to what to wear, the right and wrong questions, audition do's and don'ts etc.. she will cover it ALL!
