Zoom: Online FILM/TV INTENSIVE with Ross Shenker, Casting Director, RossCasts

Ross Shenker is a 3-time Artios Award Nominated, NYC based Casting Director for Film/TV and Theater.

His projects include the TV series The Resurrection Club (The Network/Amazon/FOX Entertainment Global) and he just finished casting on A GREAT DEPRESSION (with Paul Sparks and Kate Burton). He also has several films in development gearing up to shoot in 2027.

Films he has cast have appeared at Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca, Toronto, Miami and many other festivals.

Intensive Overview:

Ross will start off with an informative Q&A, followed by your presentation of the scene with a reader in a group. Be prepared to take feedback and adjustments.

This intensive is for adults and teens (13+).

• The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

BA in Theater/Jewish Studies from Wesleyan; MFA in Performance Studies from the University of Louisville. He has previously taught/directed at Rutgers, UNC-Chapel Hill, University of Louisville, University of Wisconsin-Madison, Actors Connection, The Center for Theatre Research, Kimball Studios, Stonestreet Studios, and SJP Voice Studio. He is a Certified Teacher with the National Michael Chekhov Association. Films he has cast have appeared at Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca, Toronto, Miami and many other festivals.
