So many of you have been asking for a follow-up to Jeffrey's popular Hallmark Rom-Com Intensive—and here it is: the sequel!
Jeffrey's new Advanced Rom-Com Intensive takes the work to the next level, with longer, more fully developed scenes, deeper audition preparation, and a stronger focus on making specific character and style choices for this unique genre.
You'll explore how to bring authenticity, chemistry, comedy and heart to your work while still honoring the distinctive tone and pacing of a great rom-com.
Jeffrey will also share his perspective on what casting directors are really looking for, common choices that can work against an actor, and how to prepare an audition that feels confident, natural and right for the world of the project.
McCorkle Casting has cast numerous romantic comedies, including Ghost Town, Tony N' Tina's Wedding and Senior Moment, as well as recent Hallmark films including A Spectacular Christmas, Ghosts of Christmas Always and Holiday Touchdown.

Then it's time to work!
You'll perform your scene on camera with a professional reader in a supportive group setting. Jeffrey will work with you directly, providing feedback, adjustments and the opportunity to make new choices on the fly—an important skill for any working actor.
