Gregory Osborne
Gregory Omar Osborne is a licensed talent agent and the founder of Dottridge Talent Agency — A New Jersey SAG-AFTRA & AEA-franchised talent agency representing artists across stage, screen, and commercial media.
With a background in talent management and years of experience guiding performers through the entertainment industry, Gregory brings a deep understanding of what it takes to build a lasting career. His work is rooted in ethical representation, contract negotiation, and connecting talent with meaningful opportunities that support long-term, union-compliant careers.
At the heart of everything he does is a commitment to championing diverse voices and creating space for underrepresented artists to shine. Elevating Talent with Intention.
His roster boasts talent seen on Broadway (Oklahoma, Mrs. Doubtfire, Frozen), national tours (Hairspray, Mean Girls, Peter Pan, The Book of Mormon), as well as in film, television, and commercial campaigns.
Originally a performer himself, Gregory found deeper purpose in creating space for others. In 2018, he co-founded Progressive Theater, a nonprofit committed to telling culturally enriched stories that amplify the voices of Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color, as well as women. This mission continues to inform his work as an agent.

A member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Producers Guild of America, Louis continues to champion artists and storytelling that connect audiences across all mediums.

Matt Goldberg
New York born, Houston raised - Matt is a New Yorker at heart with the drive to match. His inspiration to move back to the city started young when his mom took him to see the touring production of Wicked. Sitting in that audience, he discovered the magic of live performance, and he’s been hooked ever since. Pair that formative theatre moment with a deep love of binging TV shows and movie nights, and it’s no surprise Matt found his way into a career where storytelling and talent take center stage.
Matt earned his BA in Acting with a minor in Arts & Entertainment Management from Pace University. While his acting career was short-lived, it gave him something even more valuable: firsthand understanding of what performers need, both creatively and professionally. He realized his greatest strength wasn’t being in the spotlight - it was helping others shine in it.
Matt began his career in casting before transitioning into the agency world as an assistant at Clear Talent Group, where he sharpened his instincts and gained invaluable experience advocating for talent. He later joined UIA as an Associate Agent, where he continued to build strong relationships with casting and clients alike, leading to notable bookings across television, film, and theatre. Now an Agent at Resolute Artists Agency, Matt is excited to continue championing artists and helping them build lasting, meaningful careers.
Whether he’s supporting talent, keeping up with industry trends, drinking a mango bubble tea, or catching up on the latest reality TV drama, Matt approaches it all with curiosity, humor, and enthusiasm.
