In Person in NYC!

Showcase to THREE personal managers that represent for film, TV and theater in NYC and get immediate feedback on your performance so you can continue to make smarter and more powerful choices in this ever-changing career.

For this showcase, please bring in your own scene of choice (no longer than 2 pages in length) that you feel best showcases your strengths as an actor.

You'll also receive written feedback that will be given to you after the event to provide even more clarity on your work.

This panel includes:

- Malissa Young, Malissa Young Management - Bi-Coastal Office - FIRST TIME GUEST!

Please note that this in person showcase will be at:

Pearl Studios NYC
500 8th Avenue, 3rd, 4th and 12th floors
(between 35th and 36th)

You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.

Showcase Overview:

This live event will start with a 20-30 minute Q&A with everyone in the studio.

Afterwards, you will be showcasing to the panel by appointment. Q&A is optional to attend but we recommend.

You’ll be given your appointment times in advance in EST.

Please show up at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time, and please be aware that timing issues can occur but your host will keep you updated while you are waiting.

We kindly ask that you do not request to alter your appointment time.

• The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

Tyler Nowakowski

Originally from Massachusetts, Tyler joined the Whole Artist Management team at the beginning of 2022.

During his time in the BFA Acting program at UConn, he served as Associate Director of Youth Acting Company productions at The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory in Worcester, MA.

Upon graduation, he immediately started working in the NY Voiceover Department of DDO Artists Agency, and following that experience, he moved to The Cooper Company, supporting their roster.

Tyler is on the TONY NOMINATED co-producing team of the 2024 Broadway Revival of THE WHO’S TOMMY, which will embark on a National Tour in Fall 2026, and holds an interest in the production as well.

Michela Pantano

Michela Pantano is a talent manager in the NY office of the bi-coastal management company, Vanguard Management Group.

Michela has been with the company for nearly seven years, starting as an assistant and quickly advancing to a manager within her first three years. She represents clients across TV, film, and theatre, including Broadway and off-Broadway productions.

Having been an auditioning actor herself as a child, Michela brings a unique perspective to her work, understanding the dedication, training, and confidence needed to succeed. She takes pride in fostering strong interpersonal relationships with her clients, helping them navigate, grow, and sustain their careers in the entertainment industry.

Malissa Young

Malissa Young Management was a natural offspring of Malissa's first company, BICOASTAL MGMT, created in 2009. Her foray into management began quite organically but was a true calling as a natural networker and connector.  

Actors signed to Bicoastal often asked to get into rooms for auditions, so doing what she loves, making dreams come true, Malissa did her best to get it done. Reel edits, headshot selection, and pitching were becoming a regular part of her day, though BICOASTAL MGMT had been know as a model and talent agency in LA and model management company in NY that focused on fit models, fashion, commercial and print.

In order to truly function as a manager Malissa spun off Malissa Young Management in 2018 with a smaller selection of actors. With talent based in or surrounding NY, Atlanta, and CA, Malissa is now proud to have actors known for their roles in film, TV or stage productions that can be seen on network TV, Amazon, Netflix, and more.
