Zoom: Advanced Online TELEVISION/FILM Intensive with Emily Cook, Casting Associate

Emily Cook is a native Angeleno casting professional with more than 10 years’ experience across film and television on projects such as Hulu’s Deli Boys, Netflix’s The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Hulu’s How I Met Your Father and Paramount+’s Star Trek: Discovery.

Emily cast and produced, Chasers, a "tramedy" pilot that premiered at Sundance.

Having studied with The Lee Strasberg Theater Institute and the Steppenwolf Theater Company, Emily has cultivated an understanding of how to collaborate with actors to hone performances that elevate the material.

Intensive Overview:

The event will start off with an informative Q&A, followed by your presentation of the scene with our reader on-camera in a group.

Be prepared to take feedback and adjustments.

This intensive is for adults and teens (16+).

For this online intensive, Emily will select sides for you to prepare based on your headshot and fully completed MY INFO section in your AC account. 

Assignments will be emailed at least 24 hours in advance.
