Susan Tolar Walters
Susan attended East Carolina University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Acting and a minor in Dance. Upon graduation, Susan moved out to Los Angeles to pursue post-graduate study in film acting.
While assisting her Los Angeles talent manager, in exchange for acting classes at the famous Improv on Melrose, Susan learned the process of managing talent and submitting actors for projects as well as started teaching the new actors signed to the agency. However, a few short years later she put her acting and teaching career on the back burner while having children of her own. She soon realized, with having children, she could not stay away from her close family and moved back to North Carolina where, in 1993, she opened The Actors Workshop in downtown Wilmington. With much encouragement from local casting directors to become a talent agent, she opened STW Talent Agency in January 2009. As the industry started to move down to ATLANTA, GA, Susan decided to make the move as well. She moved her Main office to Virginia Highlands in ATLANTA in 2014. She prides herself in being a quality boutique agency for professional actors in the Southeast. This year marks the 10 Year Anniversary for STW TALENT with a newly opened NYC office.

Nicole P. Sarro
MMV Talent is a micro-agency representing a selective roster of artists working across Broadway, national tours, film, television, and commercials & print. The agency proudly centers Global Majority and LGBTQ+ artists—championing stories and voices that reflect the world we live in.
As one of the few Latina agents in the industry, Nicole P. Sarro takes a personal, strategic, and human-centered approach to representation, built on transparency, collaboration, and care. With both artistic and business insight, she advocates for authentic representation and equitable opportunity, ensuring every client feels seen, supported, and set up for success.
