Week 1: Audition Sides
- Class Focus: Dive into the world of auditions as we explore clever techniques and insider tricks using hand-picked audition sides from plays! Get ready to boost your confidence and shine your light in real-life auditions.
- Materials: Choose from an inspiring mix of audition sides featuring a range of quirky characters and bold themes! Our personalized guidance will help you unlock emotional authenticity and build a genuine connection with your character—let’s get those creative juices flowing!
- Feedback Fiesta: After some electrifying readings, gather for a lively feedback session where everyone shares their insights and discoveries! This open forum will be filled with encouragement, laughs, and collaborative magic—because together, we rise!
Week 2: Scene Study – Where Collaboration Meets Exploration
- Pairing Actors: Join forces with a scene partner and dive deep into character exploration through lesser-known plays that are sure to surprise and inspire! Discover your unique voice while having a blast working closely with your fellow actors.
- Guided Playtime: Get ready for in-depth class filled with fun exercises on blocking, uncovering character backstories, and navigating emotional arcs. Embrace those creative instincts and take bold risks—it's all part of the adventure!
Week 3: Community Sharing Event – Celebrate Your Journey!
- Venue: The grand finale takes place at the fabulous Alldaffer & Donadio Casting studio, offering a professional backdrop for our exciting conclusion!
- Community Insights: We will wrap up with an engaging discussion reflecting on the incredible growth each actor has experienced! Share your breakthroughs, challenges, and insightful revelations—together, we’ll celebrate the transformative journey.
- Evening of Connection: Join us for a festive gathering filled with drinks and snacks! Take this opportunity to mingle, network, and connect with fellow artists as we toast to our successes and the community we've built together.
This is a creative workout for your brain and spirit in a supportive and judgment free environment.
Alaine is interested in seeing committed actors (13+) looking for honest and constructive feedback.

You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.

WHAT TO PREPARE:
For this class, you will choose from an inspiring mix of audition sides featuring a range of quirky characters and bold themes for you to prepare based on your headshot and fully completed MY INFO section in your AC account.

The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.
