Our Commercial Agent Showcase is a MUST for all on-camera commercial actors currently seeking agency representation or wanting to bump up to a new career level.

The format will be a Q&A where you'll have YOUR chance to ask specific questions all about the commercial industry, followed by meeting and showcasing your work one at a time to our panel of four agents.

Advice and verbal feedback will be received and will immediately affect your audition results!

Please note that this in person showcase will be at:

Pearl Studios NYC
500 8th Avenue, 3rd, 4th and 12th floors
(between 35th and 36th)

You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.

Showcase Overview:

This live event will start with a 20-30 minute Q&A with everyone in the studio.

Afterwards, you will be showcasing to the panel by appointment. Q&A is optional to attend but we recommend.

You’ll be given your appointment times in advance in EST.

Please show up at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time, and please be aware that timing issues can occur but your host will keep you updated while you are waiting.

We kindly ask that you do not request to alter your appointment time.

What to Prepare:

Please choose one piece of 30 second on-camera commercial copy that you connect to and prepare it for this event. 

Please follow the procedures listed below:

• Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

• Arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event is slated to start. Your host will give important information about the event at this time.

**Actors Connection classes and programming are for ADULTS (18+). With permission, some teens (14+) are allowed to take adult programming. To inquire about getting permission, please send an email to: info@actorsconnection.com**

Philip Cassese

Phil Cassese is the senior on-camera commercial agent at Stewart Talent.  

Phil previously held the same position at TalentWorks, where he spent the last six years developing a highly competitive roster of talent. After spending several years in the music industry and personal management, Phil was recruited to helm the commercial division of TalentWorks. Prior to working for TalentWorks Mr. Cassese successfully created a commercial division at a small theatrical agency. Phil's interest in comedy led him to develop a strong roster of improvisers and comedic actors. He works on and has booked a wide array of commercial projects including multi-faceted campaigns to smaller niche projects.

Tracey Goldblum

Kind, witty, and insightful, Tracey's considered one of the top on-camera commercial agents in the city.

Tracey has had Clients in commercials for: Discover, United Healthcare, AT&T, Verizon, Capital One, Nike, Wendy's, Chase Bank, Fidelity & Merrill-Lynch. Tracey always finds actors she can book here at AC and gives great feedback! She works with actors on both a signed and freelance basis.

Ramona Pitera

Ramona Pitera is the Founder & Co-Owner of Ramona's Model & Talent, LLC. Ramona has 20 plus years of experience in scouting, developing and providing talent for her commercial and print clients as well as negotiating and coordinating rates, contracts and castings.

RMT represents models and actors of all ethnicities, genders, body types and ages for print, electronic, and digital advertising, on-camera commercials, voice-overs, industrials, live events and hosting to fulfill the needs of its clients, which include casting directors, ad agencies, producers and photographers.

Prior to founding RMT, Ramona was the Director of the Adult Commercial & On-Camera division at Gilla Roos Ltd. She started her career at Gilla Roos in 1993 as the Receptionist where she developed an eye for finding new faces. Ramona is a featured speaker and panelist at various modeling and talent seminars, workshops and conventions, both locally and nationally.

Given her in-depth experience, Ramona focuses on finding, developing, promoting and booking models and actors for the company's clients. In addition, she spearheads the creative direction of the company and explore business development opportunities.

Ramona holds a B.A. in Theatre from Marymount Manhattan College.

Courtney Nelson

Courtney Halla Nelson, the Director of the Lifestyle division at STATE Artist Management, specializes in print and on-camera commercial work in NYC.

With 10+ years of experience, Lifestyle has always been her focus. She likes to keep her roster full of “actors who model and models who act” as the lines of the industry become more and more blurred in the digital age.

Some of her favorite cliens/bookings include: Charlotte Tilbury, Estee Lauder, Bombas, Brooklinen, Harper’s Bazaar, Heineken, Oura Ring, and Target.

Courtney appreciates the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of the business and is always scouting for the next big booker. Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys cooking, dancing, and camping -- and she brings her sense of humor with her always!
