This event will start with a informative group Q&A, then scenes with our reader ON CAMERA for feedback.

Pearl Studios NYC
500 8th Avenue, 3rd, 4th and 12th floors
(between 35th and 36th)
You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.
What to Prepare:
For this showcase, please bring in your own scene of choice (no longer than 2 pages in length) that you feel best showcases your strengths as an actor. If you do not have your own scene, you can select a scene from the General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration).
Please email jess@actorsconnection.com your scene choice AS AN ATTACHMENT (file should be labeled YourName_CHARACTER) by 5pm (EST) the DAY BEFORE the event. In addition, please bring TWO HARD COPIES of your scene - one highlighted FOR THE READER

Not only is Judy one of NYC's foremost casting directors, she is a legend in the industry and a truly gifted teacher! With numerous years of casting film, Judy brings a detailed and creative approach to the actor's process and invaluable insight about the industry. She was voted as one of the top 20 CD's in the U.S., is an Emmy- and five-time Artios Award-winner and has called in, auditioned, and booked many actors met at Actors Connection!
Current projects include casting Evan Oppenheimer's new film, OUT ON A LIMB starring Lorraine Toussaint and Alfred Molina.

Caroline Sinclair
Caroline Sinclair (CSA) originally from London is a noted NYC based casting director, with two decades of casting Film, TV, Theater and New Media.
Her recent credits include THE GARDEN LEFT BEHIND, which just won the Audience Award (Visions) at SXSW 2019. Some other credits include GOTTI, starring John Travolta, the psychological thriller DIERY, the soon to be released GREEN DOLPHIN, EP by Keanu Reeves, Michael Mailer's BLIND, with Alec Baldwin and Demi Moore. Past films include BAD HURT, which opened at the Tribeca Fim Festival, Independent Spirit Nominated BOMB THE SYSTEM, THE LIVING WAKE with Jessie Eisenberg, and indie hit PARTY GIRL. She is currently working on the Civil Rights biopic SON OF THE SOUTH.
