Showcase to THREE personal managers that represent for film, TV and theater in NYC and get immediate feedback on your performance so you can continue to make smarter and more powerful choices in this ever-changing career.

For this showcase, please bring in your own scene of choice (no longer than 2 pages in length) that you feel best showcases your strengths as an actor.

You'll also receive written feedback that will be given to you after the event to provide even more clarity on your work.

Please note that this in person showcase will be at:

Pearl Studios NYC
500 8th Avenue, 3rd, 4th and 12th floors
(between 35th and 36th)

You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.

Showcase Overview:

This live event will start with a 20-30 minute Q&A with everyone in the studio.

Afterwards, you will be showcasing to the panel by appointment. Q&A is optional to attend but we recommend.

You’ll be given your appointment times in advance in EST.

Please show up at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time, and please be aware that timing issues can occur but your host will keep you updated while you are waiting.

We kindly ask that you do not request to alter your appointment time.

WHAT TO PREPARE:

For this showcase, please bring in your own scene of choice (no longer than 2 pages in length) that you feel best showcases your strengths as an actor. If you do not have your own scene, you can select a scene from the General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration).

Please bring 3 headshots and resumes stapled together in case guests ask for them.
Please email jess@actorsconnection.com your scene choice AS AN ATTACHMENT (file should be labeled YourName_CHARACTER) by 5pm (EST) the day before the event.


Please follow the procedures listed below:

  • Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

  • The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

Morgan Castilla

Morgan Castilla is a talent manager and producer at PH Entertainment Group, a New York based management and development company.

Morgan has worked with a roster that includes celebrated names, Emmy winning producers and actors, as well as exciting newcomers. Her clients can be seen in various film, television, and theatre projects, including:

Feature Films: Upcoming, Jumanji 3, Outcome, Animal Farm, and Soapbox. Caught Stealing, Promising Young Woman, Descendants: Rise of Red, Always Be My Maybe, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and Hidden Figures, in addition to several indie films.

Television: Upcoming Amazon series- Life Is Strange, Beauty in Black, Poker Face, FBI, Law & Order, Law & Order: SVU, Elsbeth, The Equalizer, Love, Death, and Robots, Days of Our Lives, And Just Like That, The Penguin, and This is Us, among others.

She also served in producorial roles on titles Clean Slate (Amazon Prime) & Disclosure (Netflix) and is actively shepherding multiple projects in development across film, theater, documentary, and television.

Before her management career, she spent several years in casting, holding positions with Sesame Street, Nickelodeon, and Adrienne Stern Casting. Her passion for working closely with actors of all ages to build their careers led her to talent representation.

She’s actively scouting dynamic actors of all ages who are ready to grow, refine their craft, and position themselves for opportunities in film, television, theatre, and commercials accross NY & LA.

Jaime Baker

Baker Management represents both emerging established artists for TV/Film, Theatre, Commercial, Print and Voice Over.

Jaime is currently looking for new talent— strong actors & singers (all ages) with excellent training. He works in conjunction with many of NYC's major agencies and is interested in developing and building careers.

Recent client bookings include: TV: Law & Order: Organized Crime, The Guilded Age, Blue Bloods, The Blacklist,  FBI, Chicago Med, American Horror Story, The Deuce, and more.

Georgeanne Bruzzese

Georgeanne Bruzzese is a personal manager and owner of CPM Talent. She represents actors for commercial, print, television, film, theatre and voiceovers.

She has a BA in Communications Studies from Rutgers University and worked in law for many years before making the switch to working in talent management 15 years ago. Currently her clients work on everything from Broadway to feature films/television episodics, commercials and print. 

Driven by her deep respect for actors and her commitment to helping them achieve their highest aspirations, her focus is on providing individualized and personalized service, with an emphasis on communication and collaboration. She also endeavors to amiably foster positive, friendly, professional relationships with agents, casting directors and industry professionals with the goal of providing them the best possible talent to fulfill their needs.
