Our VO Connection is a MUST for all voice-over actors currently seeking agency representation or wanting to bump up to a new career level.

The format will be a group Q & A where you'll have YOUR chance to ask specific questions all about the voice-over industry, followed by meeting and showcasing your work one at a time to our panel of three agents.

Advice and verbal feedback will be received and will immediately affect your audition results!

Please note that this in person showcase will be at:

Pearl Studios NYC
500 8th Avenue, 3rd, 4th and 12th floors
(between 35th and 36th)

You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.

WHAT TO PREPARE:

Please choose one piece of 30 second Commercial Voice Over copy that you connect to and prepare it for this event. 

Please follow the procedures listed below:

• Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

• The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

If you have an emergency for a class you are participating in outside of these hours, please email help@actorsconnection.com and your host will be able to respond.

Nic Frascino

Nic Frascino began his entertainment career working for veteran casting director Tara Rubin in New York before transitioning into representation at A3 Artists Agency (formerly Abrams Artists Agency), where he spent seven years. Initially specializing in commercials, he later shifted focus to the theatrical voice space, working bi-coastally with prominent working and celebrity talent until the company’s closure in 2024.

He joined Buchwald shortly thereafter. Nic earned a BFA in Film from The University of the Arts and remains active in the theater community in New Jersey, also serving as a consultant for high school drama students.

Jason Sasportas

Jason is head of the voice-over department at Stewart Talent, a premier boutique agency in NY.

He initially trained as an actor and screenwriter at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts before making the shift to the business side of entertainment. He landed his first agency job at The William Morris Agency as an assistant, working for several theatrical agents, before joining their commercial department as booth director. It was there that Jason fell in love with voice-over, able to draw upon his acting and writing experience to effectively direct talent, interpret copy and make informed creative choices.

When Jason learned that Stewart Talent was looking for an agent to start up their voice-over department, he jumped at the opportunity. He got the job, built the department from scratch and for over a decade now has been successfully developing and nurturing the careers of his clients. While commercials are his main focus, Jason covers all areas of voiceover, including audio books, promos, documentaries, industrials, animated series and videogames. 

Morgan Peterson

Morgan Peterson is the newly appointed Senior Booker at MMG, with a strategic eye and a deep passion for talent development. Prior to joining MMG, Morgan served as the Senior Agent of Commercial, VO, and Print at Take 3 Talent, where she negotiated national campaigns and built standout rosters across her divisions.

Her clients have been featured in major brand work for Chanel, McDonald's, Target, Adidas, Huntington Bank, Hims & Hers, LG, Telfar, Google Pixel, Cigna, and Toyota, among others. In the voiceover world, her actors have lent their talents to commercial spots, animated series, global ad campaigns, and interactive media, including Dora, Master Card, Winnie the Pooh, Stranger Things: Tales from '85, Amazon, Paw Patrol, Firebuds, Panera, BMW, Ebay, Verizon, and Rockstar Games.

Before relocating to New York in 2021, Morgan worked at one of Boston's leading talent agencies and was recognized with a 2022 Heller Award nomination for Commercial or VO Agent of the Year (Northeast). She's known for her sharp instincts, responsive communication style, and dedication to creating lasting, career-defining opportunities for talent.

When she's not deep in breakdowns or reviewing reels, she's likely chasing down mid-century furniture at a flea market or nurturing her ever-growing jungle of houseplants.
