Showcase to THREE legit agencies that represent for film, TV and theater in NYC and get immediate feedback on your performance so you can continue to make smarter and more powerful choices in this ever-changing career.

You'll also receive written feedback that will be given to you after the event to provide even more clarity on your work.

Please note that this in person showcase will be at:

Pearl Studios NYC
500 8th Avenue, 3rd, 4th and 12th floors
(between 35th and 36th)

You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.

Showcase Overview:

This in-person event will start with a 20-30 minute Q&A with everyone in the studio.

Afterwards, you will be showcasing to the panel by appointment. Q&A is optional to attend but we recommend.

You’ll be given your appointment times in advance in EST.

Please show up at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time, and please be aware that timing issues can occur but your host will keep you updated while you are waiting.

We kindly ask that you do not request to alter your appointment time.

Please follow the procedures listed below:

• Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

• The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

Jaime Jacobs

Jaime Jacobs began working at Amerifilm Casting in 1997, where she worked on print, commercials, and helped with the extras casting for Sylvester Stallone's film Copland, fun fact she worked as an extra on the film too! She then worked as an assistant at DGRW Talent Agency for a year before working on independent films as an Extras Casting Director. Some films she worked on include On the QT with James Earl Jones and Dummy with Adrien Brody.

In 2000, she began working at Silver Massetti and Szatmary at the front desk, then moved up to assistant within the year. After Monty Silver’s retirement, Silver, Massetti & Szatmary became Leading Artists. Jaime left in 2005 to start a family and returned 10 years later. When Leading Artists closed their doors due to Covid, she worked as a manager at Unified Management for two years. Jaime’s path ultimately led her to reconnect with Donna Massetti of SMS Talent, where she is currently a Talent Agent. 

Erika Foss DeMeza

Erika Foss DeMeza has most recently joined the team at The Talent House as a Talent Agent representing actors for film, TV and theater.

Before her time there, Erika had worked in casting for several years. Erika has worked with Atomic Honey, Chrystie Street Casting, Allison Estrin and Erica Hart.

Her projects include: CARRY ON for Netflix and Amblin, LOVE LIFE Season 2 for HBO Max, Josephine Decker’s newest film for A24 and Apple called THE SKY IS EVERYWHERE, THREE MONTHS (MTV films), RAMY (HULU), BOOGIE (Eddie Huang and Focus Features), LOVE 40 (Fred Wolf), EMILY IN PARIS, SPREE, TOPSIDE, FALSE POSITIVE (Ilana Glazer and A24) premiering at Tribeca Film Festival, OUT OF SERVICE (South by Southwest) and DREAMLAND. 

Erika is a proud graduate of The University of Michigan Musical Theatre program.

Eaton York

Eaton York is a junior agent in the legit department at Bloc NYC and has been at Bloc for the past two years.

Bloc clients appear on Broadway in CABARET, THE GREAT GATSBY, HAMILTON, and THE OUTSIDERS, the tours of HAMILTON, MOULIN ROUGE and THE LION KING, among others, along with making regular appearances on episodics ranging from THE EQUALIZER to FBI and THE GILDED AGE to GODFATHER OF HARLEM.

Eaton received a BFA in Musical Theatre from Ball State University, and an MA in Performing Arts Administration from NYU.
