In Person: TV INTENSIVE with Michael Rios, Associate Casting Director, Bowling/Miscia Casting

Michael is an Artios Award winning Casting Director / Associate Casting Director who has worked on an array of television, streaming and film projects.
In 2017, he received an Artios Award for the Pilot/First Season of the critically acclaimed USA series Mr. Robot with Beth Bowling and Kim Miscia.
In 2021, he received the Artios Associate Spotlight Award. More recent projects include The Flight Attendant, Partner Track, Hightown, and an ongoing NYC Marvel series for Disney+.
Michael's other credits include: ALMOST FAMILY (pilot), THE ENEMY WITHIN, GOTHAM, BLUE BLOODS, SLEEPY HOLLOW, HOSTAGES, GOSSIP GIRL as well as several pilots and NY searches over the years.
After an informative virtual Q&A, you'll work with him in a group as he coaches you through your scene in a format that replicates his office's casting process.
He'll provide you with constructive feedback along with on-camera audition tips that he feels are imperative to booking roles on a professional level.

This in person intensive will be held at:
Pearl Studios NYC
500 8th Avenue, 3rd, 4th and 12th floors
(between 35th and 36th)
You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.
What to Prepare:
Based on your HS/resume, Michael will select sides for you which will be emailed to you to prepare in 1-3 days in advance. PLEASE NOTE: Once scenes have been distributed, if you late cancel you will not be replaced!
