In Person: TV INTENSIVE with John Weicher, Bowling/Miscia Casting

Monday, December 15, 2025, 7pm ET / 4pm PT

A NY casting professional, John recently wrapped season 7 of FBI (CBS) and worked for 6 seasons on BLUE BLOODS (CBS), from season 9 through the series finale.

His other credits include HARLEM (Amazon Prime), LIONESS (Paramount+), PARTNER TRACK (Netflix).  IRREVERENT (Peacock - Pilot) and THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT (HBO Max).

Intensive Overview:

You'll coach with John in a group as he coaches you through your scene in a format that replicates his office's casting process.

He'll provide you with constructive feedback along with on-camera audition tips that he feels are imperative to booking roles on a professional level.

For this intensive, John will select sides for you to prepare based on your headshot and fully completed MY INFO section in your AC account. 

The event will start off with an informative Q&A, followed by your presentation of the scene with a reader on-camera in a group. Be prepared to take feedback and adjustments.

This in person intensive will be held at:

Pearl Studios NYC
500 8th Avenue, 3rd, 4th and 12th floors
(between 35th and 36th)

You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.

What to Prepare:

Based on your HS/resume & AC profile, John will select sides for you which will be emailed to you to prepare.

Assignments will be emailed at least 24 hours in advance.

IN ADDITION: Please bring TWO HARD COPIES of your scene - one highlighted FOR THE READER.

• Arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event is slated to start. Your host will give important information about the event at this time.
