Olivia has been with The TRC Company (formerly Tara Rubin Casting) since 2021.
She is passionate about helping young artists navigate the industry.
She has worked on Broadway, Tour and/or Pre-Broadway productions of Disney’s Aladdin, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Boop! The Musical, Bob Fosse’s Dancin’, Six, Kiss My Aztec!, and Dear Evan Hansen. She has worked on New York City Center’s Pal Joey and the Off-Broadway productions of (un)conditional, Dead Outlaw and Between the Lines.
She worked on Paper Mill Playhouse’s productions of Gun & Powder (now Wanted) (NY Times Critics’ Pick), After Midnight and Disney’s Hercules. She is a Casting Director on the Broadway/National Tour production of The Wiz (Revival). She is a three-time Artios Award nominee for her working in Casting.
For this Master Class, please prepare two "short" contrasting songs (16 or 32 bars). Please also have your list of songs/book available as Olivia might want to hear more.
The evening will start off with a Q & A, and then each actor will perform for Olivia using your prepared material in a group format. She will coach, give direction and offer honest, constructive feedback on your audition material if what you are currently using doesn't “work".
Olivia is interested in working with actors of ALL TYPES - ALL AGES (18+).
An accompanist will be provided.

She began her casting journey at Franck Casting and interned at Celebrity Cruises. Prior to joining TRC, Olivia was a Casting Assistant at Kate Lumpkin Casting.
Olivia aspires to create casts that are representative of the world we see today. She is originally from New Jersey and has a Bachelor of Arts from Rowan University in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Musical Theatre.
