New! Zoom: TV Online Intensive with Danielle King, Casting Associate, The Telsey Office

Danielle King has been casting in NY for the last 6 years. She quickly transitioned from a casting intern at MTC where she worked on CHOIR BOY (Broadway) to a freelance Associate Casting Director in TV/Film.

She has worked on shows for several networks and streaming services including Apple+, Amazon Prime, EPIX, (HBO)MAX, HULU, Showtime, and more.

Most recently, she was the casting Associate on And Just Like That (HBO MAX) and Only Murders In The Building (HULU).

Intensive Overview:

You'll work with Danielle online in a group as she coaches you through your scene in a format that replicates her office's casting process. She'll provide you with constructive feedback along with on-camera audition tips that she feels are imperative to booking roles on a professional level.

For this intensive, Danielle will select sides for you to prepare based on your headshot and fully completed MY INFO section in your AC account. The event will start off with scene coaching with a reader on-camera in a group and she will finish with an informative Q&A. Be prepared to take feedback and adjustments.

What to Prepare:

Based on your HS/resume, Danielle will select sides for you which will be emailed to you to prepare in 1-3 days in advance. PLEASE NOTE: Once scenes have been distributed, if you late cancel you will not be replaced!

Please follow the procedures listed below:

• Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

• Arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event is slated to start. Your host will give important information about the event at this time.

• Instructions and the ZOOM link for access to this online event will be emailed to you in advance. If you have not received the link by 12pm (EST) the day-of the event, please reach out to registration@actorsconnection.com at least one hour PRIOR to the start of class.
