Showcase to THREE legit agencies that represent for film, TV and theater in NYC and get immediate feedback on your performance so you can continue to make smarter and more powerful choices in this ever-changing career.

You'll also receive written feedback that will be given to you after the event to provide even more clarity on your work.

Please note that this in person showcase will be at:

Pearl Studios NYC

You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.

Pearl Studios has two addresses:

500 8th Avenue, 3rd and 4th floors

and across the street
519 8th Avenue, 12th floor
(between 35th and 36th)


All studios labeled with numbers are at 500 8th Avenue, 3rd and 4th floors.
All studios labeled with letters are at 519 8th Avenue, 12th floor.

Showcase Overview:

This in-person event will start with a 20-30 minute Q&A with everyone in the studio.

Afterwards, you will be showcasing to the panel by appointment. Q&A is optional to attend but we recommend.

You’ll be given your appointment times in advance in EST.

Please show up at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time, and please be aware that timing issues can occur but your host will keep you updated while you are waiting.

We kindly ask that you do not request to alter your appointment time.

WHAT TO PREPARE:

For this event, please bring in your own scene of choice (no more than 2 minutes in length) that you feel best showcases your strengths as an actor. If you do not have your own scene, you can select a scene from the General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration). IN ADDITION: Please bring TWO HARD COPIES of your scene - one highlighted FOR THE READER.

Please bring 3 headshots and resumes stapled together in case guests ask for them.
Please email jess@actorsconnection.com your scene choice AS AN ATTACHMENT (file should be labeled YourName_CHARACTER) by 5pm (EST) the day before the event.


Please follow the procedures listed below:

  • Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

  • The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

Traci Lynn Luthy

Bonafide & Emerging Artists was co-founded by Traci Lynn Luthy as a collaborative talent agency offering full-service representation that’s rooted in inclusivity and visual marketing. Traci's career began in advertising where she worked on campaigns for major brands, and honed her skills in strategy and branding. Now with almost 20 years of experience as a talent agent, Traci has booked talent in all areas of the business for such notable clients as HBO, ABC, Amazon Prime, Spike Lee, Saks 5th Ave., Vogue, Gap, Bed Bath & Beyond, Pepsi, Chase Bank, Wyndham Hotels and many others.

Originally from St. Louis, Traci earned her BA from Xavier University of Louisiana, and now resides in New Jersey with her husband and son. Forever influenced by her years living in New Orleans, Traci loves spicy food and great jazz.

Erika Foss DeMeza

Erika Foss DeMeza has most recently joined the team at The Talent House as a Talent Agent representing actors for film, TV and theater.

Before her time there, Erika had worked in casting for several years. Erika has worked with Atomic Honey, Chrystie Street Casting, Allison Estrin and Erica Hart.

Her projects include: CARRY ON for Netflix and Amblin, LOVE LIFE Season 2 for HBO Max, Josephine Decker’s newest film for A24 and Apple called THE SKY IS EVERYWHERE, THREE MONTHS (MTV films), RAMY (HULU), BOOGIE (Eddie Huang and Focus Features), LOVE 40 (Fred Wolf), EMILY IN PARIS, SPREE, TOPSIDE, FALSE POSITIVE (Ilana Glazer and A24) premiering at Tribeca Film Festival, OUT OF SERVICE (South by Southwest) and DREAMLAND

Erika is a proud graduate of The University of Michigan Musical Theatre program.

Marc Ferre

New at Daniel Hoff Agency, Marc got his start at CAA and NBC/Universal and then was an agent at The Mine for over four years. He represents talent for film, TV and theater.

Marc is a graduate of NYU.
