Over the past decade, Eric has led the NY casting of countless pilots and series as a casting executive for CBS Entertainment.

Now working with Gayle Keller as an associate casting director, his recent credits include: THE CHAIR COMPANY (HBO), POETIC LICENSE (Feature), UNT. DAN LEVY COMEDY (Netflix), NCIS: ORIGINS (CBS), FIRE COUNTRY (CBS) and GHOSTS (CBS).

He previously worked for casting director Laura Rosenthal on the acclaimed HBO series "Mildred Pierce".

Class Overview:

Over two weeks, you'll work closely with Eric on sides he chooses for you from recent film and television projects.

During this time, Eric will give you valuable feedback, which will greatly improve your audition technique and help you to book more work.

Each class will start off with a Q&A, followed by your presentation of a scene selected by Eric in advance on camera.

He'll work with each actor in a pre-read/simulated audition scenario, giving adjustments, feedback, suggestions and constructive criticism which will impact your approach toward audition material immediately.

This class is for adults and teens (14+).

You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.

Pearl Studios has two addresses:

500 8th Avenue, 3rd and 4th floors

WHAT TO PREPARE:

For this class, Eric will select sides for you based on your headshot / resume / clips / demos and fully completed MY INFO section in your AC account. 

Assignments will be emailed at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment:
Payment is due at the time of registration.

• The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

Eric Goldberg

Eric Goldberg is a casting director based in New York.

Over the past decade, Eric led the NY casting of countless pilots and series as a casting executive for CBS Entertainment. He is currently working alongside Gayle Keller as an associate casting director. He previously worked for casting director Laura Rosenthal on the acclaimed HBO series "Mildred Pierce".

Originally from Houston, Texas, Eric began his career as a child actor, starring in the 2001-2002 CBS series "The Education of Max Bickford" - where he won a Jewish Image Award that he shares with Richard Dreyfuss and Eli Wallach, and appearing in the film "Miss Congeniality" - where you can see him get punched in the face.

Eric's projects include casting an HBO series and he recently completed work on several NEW pilots. Some of Eric’s other recent credits include: THE CHAIR COMPANY (HBO), POETIC LICENSE (Feature), UNT. DAN LEVY COMEDY (Netflix), NCIS: ORIGINS (CBS), FIRE COUNTRY (CBS) and GHOSTS (CBS).
