Showcase to THREE legit agencies that represent for film, TV and theater in NYC and get immediate feedback on your performance so you can continue to make smarter and more powerful choices in this ever-changing career.
You'll also receive written feedback that will be given to you after the event to provide even more clarity on your work.
This panel includes:

Please note that this in person showcase will be at:
Pearl Studios NYC
You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.
Pearl Studios has two addresses:
500 8th Avenue, 3rd and 4th floors
and across the street
519 8th Avenue, 12th floor
(between 35th and 36th)

EVENT OVERVIEW:
This in-person event will start with a 20-30 minute Q&A with everyone in the studio.
Afterwards, you will be showcasing to the panel by appointment. Q&A is optional to attend but we recommend.
You’ll be given your appointment times in advance in EST.
Please show up at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time, and please be aware that timing issues can occur but your host will keep you updated while you are waiting.
We kindly ask that you do not request to alter your appointment time.

Please bring 3 headshots and resumes stapled together in case guests ask for them.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of registration.
We only take American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover online.

The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

Michele Cavallero
Michele joined the Take 3 Talent Team in March 2022! A graduate of Emerson College, Michele has always had a passion for the entertainment industry, beginning her career as a musical theater performer and dance teacher.
Prior to joining Take 3, Michele worked at About Artists Agency in NYC, interned at McCorkle Casting, CED, Boston Casting, and McDonald/Selznick Associates in Los Angeles.
Michele’s love for theater also led her to a 10-year career in Event Planning. She found that planning “once in a lifetime” events was truly as exciting as performing. Some of Michele’s career highlights include: The Tony Awards, The NYC Marathon, The Imagen Awards, The Drama Desk Awards, Kid’s Night on Broadway, Meet the Tony Nominee’s Press Junket and a countless number of weddings and corporate events.
Michele brings her knowledge as a performer, organization as an Event Planner and love of the industry to Take 3 Talent and is honored to be part of the team.

Kya McCullum
Kya McCullum is the head of the East Coast division of Universal Attractions Agency, a talent/booking agency.
Universal Attractions represents a select group of actors and musicians who have appeared on stage, film and television programs. She has an extensive background in the entertainment industry, including years working at record companies and talent agencies, where she worked with major talent as well as helped build the careers of up-and-coming artists. As a talent agent with UAA, Kya has booked actors for television series, feature films and commercials. She started her career in entertainment at talent agency Bauman, Redanty and Shaul, and records companies Roc-A-Fella, Def Jam, and Sony Music Entertainment.
In addition to being an agent, Kya also helps with the internship programs at UAA to help encourage young women on the importance of diversity behind the scenes. Kya is a member of NAMIC as well as Woman In Music.
Zach Marlin
Zach Marlin is a talent agent in the acting department at the Bret Adams Agency, where he has worked as an agent since January 2022 after starting as an assistant in February 2020.
In this role, Zach works closely with artists, advocating on their behalf and working to further their careers in film, television, and theatre. Zach has negotiated deals on everything from major television series to Broadway shows and national tours.
He has spoken to students at the Lee Strasberg Institute and the New York Film Academy. Zach is a dramaturg by training and has worked on several productions, in addition to serving as a reader for the Playwrights Realm's fellowship programs. His professional experience includes stints at Roundabout Theatre Company, Manhattan Theatre Club, Caparelliotis Casting, and the Atlantic Theater Company. MFA in Dramaturgy, Columbia University.
