Showcase to SEVEN legit agencies and get immediate feedback on your performance so you can continue to make smarter and more powerful choices in this ever-changing career.
You'll also receive written feedback that will be given to you after the event to provide even more clarity on your work.

Please note that this in person showcase will be at:
Pearl Studios NYC
You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.
Pearl Studios has two addresses:
500 8th Avenue, 3rd and 4th floors
and across the street
519 8th Avenue, 12th floor
(between 35th and 36th)

Showcase Overview:
This in-person event will start with a 20-30 minute Q&A with everyone in the studio.
Afterwards, you will be showcasing to the panel by appointment. Q&A is optional to attend but we recommend.
You’ll be given your appointment times in advance in EST.
Please show up at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time, and please be aware that timing issues can occur but your host will keep you updated while you are waiting.
We kindly ask that you do not request to alter your appointment time.

For this event, please bring in your own scene of choice (no more than 2 minutes in length) that you feel best showcases your strengths as an actor. If you do not have your own scene, you can select a scene from the General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration). IN ADDITION: Please bring TWO HARD COPIES of your scene - one highlighted FOR THE READER

The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

Jim Daly
JIM DALY has been the head of the Theatrical Department at Bloc NYC for 17 years.
He has clients in most hit Broadway shows including HARRY POTTER, HAMILTON, & JULIET, MJ, ALADDIN, and MOULIN ROUGE!
Bloc clients are also featured on the tours of BEETLEJUICE, TINA, FUNNY GIRL, HAMILTON and THE LION KING along with making regular appearances on episodics ranging from The Equalizer to SVU and FBI to GODFATHER OF HARLEM.
Jim received his BFA from the University of Michigan.

Danny Prather
Formerly at Talent House and Don Buchwald, Danny opened his own office and handles film, television and theatre.
Hudson Artists Agency represents a selective list of developmental and established actors currently on Broadway, Tours, Television and Films.

Jeremy Sickles
Jeremy works as a talent agent at DGRW. Prior to DGRW, he was a talent agent at the Daniel Hoff Agency for just under 5 years.

Stacey Brooke Schwartz
Stacey heads the NY office for this bi-coastal full service agency that has offices in both NY, LA and soon Miami.
She represents talent for film, TV, theater, commercials and print.

Makayla Koski
Makayla’s career started on stage when she began performing in elementary school. After graduating from a specialized performing arts high school, Makayla obtained her BBA in Arts and Entertainment Management and her MS in Social Media Marketing from the renowned Lubin School of Business at Pace University. Making her way into the entertainment world, Makayla worked in Public Relations at Lehman Center for The Performing Arts and Live One Entertainment before finding her way back to the arts as an Agent Assistant at Bonafide and Emerging Artists, where she is strongly in tune with their commitment to diversity and inclusivity in the arts. She handles commercials and musical theater for this office.
Jaime Jacobs
Jaime Jacobs began working at Amerifilm Casting in 1997, where she worked on print, commercials, and helped with the extras casting for Sylvester Stallone's film Copland, fun fact she worked as an extra on the film too! She then worked as an assistant at DGRW Talent Agency for a year before working on independent films as an Extras Casting Director. Some films she worked on include On the QT with James Earl Jones and Dummy with Adrien Brody.
In 2000, she began working at Silver Massetti and Szatmary at the front desk, then moved up to assistant within the year. After Monty Silver’s retirement, Silver, Massetti & Szatmary became Leading Artists. Jaime left in 2005 to start a family and returned 10 years later. When Leading Artists closed their doors due to Covid, she worked as a manager at Unified Management for two years. Jaime’s path ultimately led her to reconnect with Donna Massetti of SMS Talent, where she is currently a Talent Agent.
