Florance Kirilova

Florance started working at Posche Models & Talent in 2014 right after she graduated UC Berkeley where she majored in Media & Communications.

At the time, Posche was a fashion modeling agency and Florance was representing models for runways, editorials, print, and commercials. Having enormous passion for TV & Film and with the full support of the agency's owners at the time, she established a legit department in NYC in 2016. With about 100 actors on the roster, Florance always had her focus on diversity. The agency represents actors from all backgrounds and corners of the world including Europe, Asia, and South America.

Posche Talent can be seen on every TV show shooting in NY - Blue Bloods, FBI Most Wanted, New Amsterdam, Ghost, and major studio movies as Joker and Halloween Ends.

Marisa Patella

Marisa graduated from Wagner College where she studied Arts Administration.

She began her career at Laura Stanczyk Casting as a Casting Assistant working on various Regional Theatre and Off-Broadway projects.

Prior to Prototype, she was at A3 Artists Agency, formerly Abrams, working in the talent division focused on television, theatre, and film.  She is now happy to be working on behalf of Prototype Talent Agency in NY.

Christian Park

Christian Park started with Park Artists Group in 2016. In addition to his work with the agency, he has a professional and academic background in filmmaking and some experience in the field of production and post-production.
