Jennifer DaRe

Jennifer Aurianne DaRe is founder and CEO of ATN Entertainment, a premiere talent management company in Los Angeles that specializes in the representation of actors, writers, directors and content creators in film, television, music, literary and more.

Since founding ATN in 2015, DaRe has grown the roster to over 115 clients, including a strong presence of women and the LGBTQ community. In her role, she is responsible for evaluating talent, building client teams through industry connections, overseeing day-to-day business affairs including advising and counseling talent, creating strategies for promotion, while working across the entire value chain from producers, agents and studios.

Now in her 9th year of running the company, DaRe’s tenure has resulted in tremendous success with previously unknown clients achieving acclaim. ATN’s accomplishments led to the launch of the production and development division of the company, ATN Productions. Currently three shopping agreements and all projects are being pitched out for potential development.

Past and current clients of ATN include Karen Obilom, previous series regular on “Games People Play” and fractional series regular on “Doom Patrol”, Charlie Bushnell, series regular on “Diary of a Future President”, “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” and “In The Know”, Brooke Lena Johnson, current series regular on “Cruel Intentions”, Lance Cameron Holloway, a staff writer on “Grownish, Odelya Halevi, current series regular on Law & Order”, etc. Currently, ATN has 15+ content creators on its roster, with projects ranging from features to half-hour and hour-long series and has recently built out out the division by adding a few shopping agreements to the day-to-day.

Prior to the founding of ATN Entertainment, DaRe was an EVP at a then-reputable management company which she transitioned to from her time as an independent music manager for bands, record producers and solo artists. Her music connections first developed as the internal manager and one of two lead singers of the successful folk-rock band, the Extinct. For 7+ years, the Extinct shared stages with artists such as Stone Temple Pilots (and rehearsal space), No Doubt, Incubus, Maroon 5 (Kara’s Flowers), Alien Ant Farm, as well as many other successful acts of the 90’s. She has also worked for and with notable figures such as George Clooney, Billy Zane, Estella Warren, Rick Fox and Tom Cruise.

DaRe was the sole producer and curator of The ATN Showcase from 2005 - 2013 which featured musical artists from all over the globe during the SXSW Music Festival. It was the largest and longest-running, independent showcase in SXSW history, at that time. Past experience also includes producing still photography, music supervision and casting.

DaRe is passionate about volunteering, highlighted by her enlisting to come to the aid of those in need in New York, by running a volunteer unit for 3 months after the events of 9/11.

ATN Entertainment is located in West Hollywood, CA.

Wayne Gasser

Working with Academy Award winning actress Celeste Holm to promising actors, Wayne brings over 40 years of experience and knowledge to the table.

Television shows “Law & Order: SVU,” “Tires,” “FBI: Most Wanted” and the feature  “Smile 2” are a few recent bookings Wayne has secured for his clients.

He has an outstanding relationship with casting in New York City/Los Angeles.

Wayne was also the Casting Consultant on the feature films “100 Yards,” “Film School Confidential” and the web series “Landing in Mumbai.”

Based in New York City, Wayne deals with Industry and Talent on both coasts.

Starting out in the mail room at WNAC-TV (CBS) while attending college in Boston. He soon worked his way up to Production Assistant on their morning talk show, acting as a liaison between the CBS stars and the local station when they were in Boston promoting their shows. At 19 years old he was greeting such guests as Lucille Ball, Beatrice Arthur, Valerie Harper, Bob Newhart, Dan Rather as well as Woodward & Bernstein, Vincent Price and Jimmy Hoffa!

After graduating college, he returned to New York City and began working as a freelance publicist with rising young actor Kevin Bacon and Margaret Hamilton ('Wicked Witch of the West' in "The Wizard of Oz").

Shortly thereafter, Wayne moved to Los Angeles where he worked with stars from "Capitol," "The Young & the Restless," "Santa Barbara," "Days of Our Lives," "General Hospital," and actors Sonny Shroyer ('Enos' from "Dukes of Hazzard") and Anthony Perkins ('Norman Bates' from the film classic "Psycho") and David Hasselhoff (during “Knight Rider”).

Wayne was privledged enough at an early age to work in Jon Feltheimer’s office (when he was a manager) and learned quite a bit from this (now) CEO of Lionsgate.

One of Wayne's clients 'dared' him into taking their acting class. It gave him a deeper understanding of actors and their challenges. Two of his fellow students in that class included newcomer Brad Pitt and Drew Barrymore!

After 13 years, Wayne returned to his roots and New York City where he continues Personal Management for a select group of actors.

Deborah Dotoli

Founded in 2006, A A G Talent Management represents actors, writers and directors in all facets of their careers.

A A G's office is located in New York City and handles clients that are both Union and Non-Union affiliated in film, television and theater.

Deborah's roots stem from business management with an all-around knowledge of administration, public relations and advertising. As a woman working years in the industry it has shown her the meaning of perseverance and a strong work ethic.  She's honored to have been recognized for her accomplishments in the industry through the years and has gained the respect and trust of her peers.

Moving on to a much different career in 2005, she became involved with the entertainment industry as a Talent Manager.  Her client list is small and selective based on what she sees in that actor as far as talent, work ethic, and stamina.  Many trained actors complete their education ready to move on and have no idea of where to go from there.   She develops resumes, webpages, schedule casting calls and provide overall support to her clients in all areas of their career.

In business relations a team can only work as one if they share knowledge, the work load and be open to learning new strategies to benefit the end result. While working with her clients, she has always searched for what they excel in and encourage them to build their career and further their education to reach their greatest potential.
