Caitlyn Dowdy

Caitlyn Dowdy is a co-owner of Riot Talent Agency.

Riot specializes in on-camera commercials and print work in New York for all genders and sizes ages 18+ with additional agents in Los Angeles. With over 12 years in the industry, her rapport with clients as well as talent sets her apart in the agent world. She prides herself on open communication and productive feedback to get her talent the best projects at the best rates.

Charlie Winfield

Charlie Winfield is the President and owner of FFT Models. He is a 40+ year veteran of the entertainment industry starting as a child actor at the age of 6 on Sesame Street and eventually playing “Grover” on Sesame Street. He continued acting for 20+ years in commercials, films, theatre, music videos and theatrical productions.

As a true “people person” he felt that his expertise would be better served behind the scenes so he decided to pursue a career as a Talent Agent for film and television. He felt that as an actor you really need someone who has gone through the rigors of show business and could relate to you “the actor”. Charlie’s philosophy has always been… you can’t have the “Show” unless you understand the “Business” hence the term Show Business

Zachary A. Smith

Zachary Smith is an industry veteran with over 20 yrs of experience in the commercial / lifestyle fields.   

New Agency!  Zack is the Head of both the Adult Print and Non-Union Commercial Departments at Stewart Talent NY.  He has a passion for developing his talent and turning them into the stars of tomorrow.   Over the course of his career, Zack has book thousands of print and on camera commercials ranging from tech and car ads to major beauty campaigns as well as ads for major soft drink companies and fashion brands such as Target, Macy’s, and Kohl’s.  He is looking for new talent that is hungry to work and eager to book jobs.

Morgan Peterson

Morgan Peterson is the newly appointed Senior Booker at MMG, with a strategic eye and a deep passion for talent development. Prior to joining MMG, Morgan served as the Senior Agent of Commercial, VO, and Print at Take 3 Talent, where she negotiated national campaigns and built standout rosters across her divisions.

Her clients have been featured in major brand work for Chanel, McDonald's, Target, Adidas, Huntington Bank, Hims & Hers, LG, Telfar, Google Pixel, Cigna, and Toyota, among others. In the voiceover world, her actors have lent their talents to commercial spots, animated series, global ad campaigns, and interactive media, including Dora, Master Card, Winnie the Pooh, Stranger Things: Tales from '85, Amazon, Paw Patrol, Firebuds, Panera, BMW, Ebay, Verizon, and Rockstar Games.

Before relocating to New York in 2021, Morgan worked at one of Boston's leading talent agencies and was recognized with a 2022 Heller Award nomination for Commercial or VO Agent of the Year (Northeast). She's known for her sharp instincts, responsive communication style, and dedication to creating lasting, career-defining opportunities for talent.

When she's not deep in breakdowns or reviewing reels, she's likely chasing down mid-century furniture at a flea market or nurturing her ever-growing jungle of houseplants.
