Ramona Pitera

Ramona Pitera is the Founder & Co-Owner of Ramona's Model & Talent, LLC. Ramona has 20 plus years of experience in scouting, developing and providing talent for her commercial and print clients as well as negotiating and coordinating rates, contracts and castings.

RMT represents models and actors of all ethnicities, genders, body types and ages for print, electronic, and digital advertising, on-camera commercials, voice-overs, industrials, live events and hosting to fulfill the needs of its clients, which include casting directors, ad agencies, producers and photographers.

Prior to founding RMT, Ramona was the Director of the Adult Commercial & On-Camera division at Gilla Roos Ltd. She started her career at Gilla Roos in 1993 as the Receptionist where she developed an eye for finding new faces. Ramona is a featured speaker and panelist at various modeling and talent seminars, workshops and conventions, both locally and nationally.

Given her in-depth experience, Ramona focuses on finding, developing, promoting and booking models and actors for the company's clients. In addition, she spearheads the creative direction of the company and explore business development opportunities.

Ramona holds a B.A. in Theatre from Marymount Manhattan College.

Stephanie Bellarosa

Stephanie Bellarosa has been in the talent business for over 20 years.

She started her journey first as an assistant at Generation Model Mgmt for children. From there she moved on to CESD Talent Agency (formerly known as CED) to start the Children's Print Division. She soon graduated and became Director of the Commercial Print Division and shifted from working with children to adults.  She left CESD in 2013 to take a year off to travel and explore the world. After she came back rested and re-charged, she continued her journey at Buchwald Talent Agency taking the reins again as the Director of the Commercial Print Division. On her 9th year at Buchwald, she decided to take a chance and join forces with Multiethnic Talent Group. She opened up her own commercial and print depts. She is always seeking to find new talent in the Commercial and Print areas.

Ray Volant

In 2004, Ray established Bella Agency, a pioneering boutique agency renowned for its diverse roster of models and talent catered to print and commercial advertising.

Bella's distinctive edge lies in its fusion of fashion and lifestyle divisions within a single agency, distinguishing it in a fiercely competitive field. Presently, Bella boasts offices in both New York City and Los Angeles, cementing its influential presence in the industry.

Catherine Marshall

Catherine Marshall has been involved with the entertainment industry since she was 12 years old.

After getting a degree in Performing Arts with a minor in Performing Arts Management and Business Management from Wells College, she started the agent assistant track covering Theatrical and Commercial. Having been with CESD since 2016, she has been Director of NY Print since 2022.
