Here's your chance to Showcase to THREE NY agencies in that represent talent for Musical Theater. 

You'll get immediate feedback on your performance so you can continue to make smarter and more powerful choices in this ever-changing career.

You'll also receive written feedback that will be given to you after the event to provide even more clarity on your work.

You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.

EVENT OVERVIEW:

This LIVE event will be BY APPOINTMENT where you will be showcasing to our panel of three agents.

You'll get immediate feedback on your performance so you can continue to make smarter and more powerful choices in this ever-changing career.

You'll also receive written feedback that you will get after the event to provide even more clarity on your work.

You’ll be given your appointment times in advance in EST.

Please show up at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time, and please be aware that timing issues can occur but your host will keep you updated while you are waiting.

We kindly ask that you do not request to alter your appointment time.

WHAT TO PREPARE:

For this Agent Showcase, please prepare TWO contrasting 32 bar cuts. Please bring your book. An accompanist will be provided.

Leah Wedge

Leah Wedge is a talent agent at Carlton, Goddard, and Freer Talent, a legit boutique agency in NYC.

Having been with the company since 2017, she represents a diverse roster of just over 200 clients in theatre, television, and film. Some recent client theatre credits include, but aren’t limited to Broadway, National Tour, and regional theatre productions of Hamilton, The Lion King, Kimberly Akimbo, Chicago, Six, Sweeney Todd, Girl From The North Country, MJ the Musical, The Music Man, The Phantom of the Opera, and Company. Recent film/TV successes include series regulars and heavy recurring roles on Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Port Lawrence ’93, Alaska Daily, Only Murders In the Building, Theatre Camp, Blue Bloods, New Amsterdam, and The Blacklist, among many others.

When not in the office, Leah can often be found teaching and sitting on panels for theatre and film training programs including The Growing Studio, Actors Connection, The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, One On One, and The Grove. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the Shenandoah Conservatory.

Margaret Emory

(SW Artists) Margaret is currently representing actors for film, TV and theater at SW Artists, a talent agency in New York City. She was previously an agent at Dulcina Eisen Associates.

SW Artists is a franchised agency representing union and non-union talent: Seniors, Teens & Young Adults, Musical Theater Performers, Actors for Theater, Film & TV.

Greg Uliasz

Greg is an Agent in the New York office of MCDONALD/SELZNICK ASSOCIATES (MSA), where represents a diverse roster of high caliber Creatives and Performers, working across all mediums.

He is also a freelance educator, having taught for several colleges, universities, and industry training programs. Prior to working as an agent, Greg worked numerous productions as the Associate Director to Tony Nominee Patricia Birch. Greg also previously worked as a NYC Casting Director. His cast of HAPPY BIRTHDAY WANDA JUNE received a New York Times Critic’s Pick. Additionally, he cast THE LIGHTNING THIEF, the Drama Desk Nominated Best Musical recently played Broadway, and his cast can be heard on the top-selling original cast album. Greg holds a master’s degree in Entertainment Business from FULL SAIL UNIVERSITY. He graduated as the class Valedictorian and earned the program’s Advanced Achievement Award in a course of study that included executive leadership, negotiation and deal making, entertainment business finance, media publishing and distribution, and advanced entertainment law. His undergraduate degree is from the prestigious Theatre Arts Program at MARYMOUNT MANHATTAN COLLEGE.
