Caitlyn Dowdy

Caitlyn Dowdy is a co-owner of Riot Talent Agency.

Riot specializes in on-camera commercials and print work in New York for all genders and sizes ages 18+ with additional agents in Los Angeles. With over 12 years in the industry, her rapport with clients as well as talent sets her apart in the agent world. She prides herself on open communication and productive feedback to get her talent the best projects at the best rates.

Ramona Pitera

Ramona Pitera is the Founder & Co-Owner of Ramona's Model & Talent, LLC. Ramona has 20 plus years of experience in scouting, developing and providing talent for her commercial and print clients as well as negotiating and coordinating rates, contracts and castings.

RMT represents models and actors of all ethnicities, genders, body types and ages for print, electronic, and digital advertising, on-camera commercials, voice-overs, industrials, live events and hosting to fulfill the needs of its clients, which include casting directors, ad agencies, producers and photographers.

Prior to founding RMT, Ramona was the Director of the Adult Commercial & On-Camera division at Gilla Roos Ltd. She started her career at Gilla Roos in 1993 as the Receptionist where she developed an eye for finding new faces. Ramona is a featured speaker and panelist at various modeling and talent seminars, workshops and conventions, both locally and nationally.

Given her in-depth experience, Ramona focuses on finding, developing, promoting and booking models and actors for the company's clients. In addition, she spearheads the creative direction of the company and explore business development opportunities.

Ramona holds a B.A. in Theatre from Marymount Manhattan College.

Charlie Winfield

Charlie Winfield is the President and owner of FFT Models. He is a 40+ year veteran of the entertainment industry starting as a child actor at the age of 6 on Sesame Street and eventually playing “Grover” on Sesame Street. He continued acting for 20+ years in commercials, films, theatre, music videos and theatrical productions.

As a true “people person” he felt that his expertise would be better served behind the scenes so he decided to pursue a career as a Talent Agent for film and television. He felt that as an actor you really need someone who has gone through the rigors of show business and could relate to you “the actor”. Charlie’s philosophy has always been… you can’t have the “Show” unless you understand the “Business” hence the term Show Business

Tashina Zamlowski

Tashina Zamlowski is the Director of TRUE Model Management in NYC.  Over her 14+ year career, she has focused on the scouting, development and booking of commercial, fashion and fit models in all sizes.  The best part of her job is seeing the growth of the models she works with and getting to celebrate them as they reach their personal and professional goals.

TRUE was founded in 2010 and has always been proud of its all-inclusive roots in the fashion industry.  TRUE has relationships with top fashion and commercial brands while also maintaining a boutique, family-like environment for their clients and models.   Our dedicated team provides personalized guidance & strategic partnerships to elevate our models' careers.
