Her broad-based experience in entertainment informs the talent development, career consultation, and personal attention that is her hallmark and supports a talent roster that books.

Equally respected by her clients, Faison is proud of her track record building a career ladder for the actor from their first job. She specializes in talent of all ages and engages them as partners in the enterprise. “I look at their strongest asset and market that,” she stresses. “I ask them how they want their career to develop and make a plan to get them jobs. I narrow the playing field by getting them in where they ‘fit.’ So even where there may be a lot of great actors who have more credits, I look for the strategy most likely to secure the job for my client. Then, I work with them to eliminate the blocks that can stall their progress from one stage to the next.”
Actors represented by Shirley Faison have booked lead and supporting roles in feature films and parts in television pilots, episodic, and series. Her clients have also booked countless lead and supporting roles on Broadway, Off-Broadway, national tours, and regional theater companies across the U.S.

Katherine Connors
Katherine Connors, CEO and founder of Made Worldwide Agency started the company back in 2012. What then was set out to be a local modeling agency grew into bi-coastal talent agency 8 years later.
Katherine originally studied at the American Musical Dramatic Academy and pursued a career of singing and dancing of her own for 10 years before she partnered with her entertainment lawyer to start up MWA and help book more opportunities for all the other models and actors she knew. Since then she has brought on agents, managers and assistants to grow the company to where it is today as she went back to the Babson School of Business to take her company to the next level. Thanks to the scholarship that the Tory Burch Foundation and the 10,000 Small Business Program provided her for being a successful female business entrepreneur. MWA quickly became a Women Owned Business Enterprise in the City and State of New York; one of the first of its kind excepted from the entertainment industry.
She is honored to represent her roster and will continue to be hands on and team talent no matter where the road takes this up and coming agency.
