Ann is highly regarded for her extraordinary taste and love for actors and is interested in meeting actors of all types and ethnicities (14+).

You'll come in for a specific 10 minute appointment time where you will be working on-camera using the pre-read format with a reader ONE on ONE with Ann and having a mini Q&A! Be prepared for feedback and to take re-adjustments on the fly.

We'll email you the morning-of with appointment times.

What to Prepare:

For this intensive, please prepare a scene of choice that you feel best showcases your strengths as an actor. You can select a scene from the General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration), OR bring in your own 2-3 page scene. 

Please email jess@actorsconnection.com your scene choice AS AN ATTACHMENT (file should be labeled YourName_CHARACTER) by 5pm (EST) the DAY BEFORE the event.

Please follow the procedures listed below:

• Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

• Arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event is slated to start. Your host will give important information about the event at this time.

• Instructions and the ZOOM link for access to this online event will be emailed to you in advance. If you have not received the link by 12pm (EST) the day-of the event, please reach out to registration@actorsconnection.com at least one hour PRIOR to the start of class.

Ann Goulder’s recent casting credits include the indie films GIVE OR TAKE and OUT AND ABOUT. Other recent credits include the independent feature WE THE ANIMALS (winner of the NEXT Innovator award at Sundance 2018), the independent thriller DEAD OF NIGHT, and American casting for the films PAPER YEAR and STORY OF A GIRL (directed by Kyra Sedgwick). Other film casting credits: NERVE, 10,000 SAINTS, CHINESE PUZZLE, GIRL MOST LIKELY, ADVENTURELAND, AMERICAN SPLENDOR, THE NANNY DIARIES, THE DOOR IN THE FLOOR, the HBO films TAKING CHANCE and THE LARAMIE PROJECT (Emmy nomination for casting), New York casting on REQUIEM FOR A DREAM, and the five Todd Solondz films WELCOME TO THE DOLLHOUSE, HAPPINESS, STORYTELLING, PALINDROMES and DARK HORSE. She also cast the Todd Solondz play EMMA AND MAX, which played at the Flea Theater. Television credits include New York casting for HEMLOCK GROVE as well as co-casting for the HBO series BORED TO DEATH and the first three seasons of the FX series LOUIE.
