CREATING YOUR VOICE OVER DEMO Online Intensive with Bryant Falk, V/O Producer/Audio Engineer, Abacus Entertainment 1pm ET/ 10am PT
Saturday, May 1, 2021, 1pm ET / 10am PT
This event is in the past.
Every Voice Over actor needs a V/O demo. A good demo of your work can actually make or break you in the voice over industry. But what constitutes a good demo? How long should it be and how many pieces of copy should it have? How much should you spend on a demo?
The answers to these many questions and ONE professionally produced demo track are just TWO of the reasons Actors Connection is proud to offer this online Voice Over Demo Day lead by V/O Producer and Audio Engineer Bryant Falk.
The day begins with an in-depth lecture about the demo creation process; the do's and dont's, the qualities of a good demo, as well as the types of copy each demo should contain. After this very informative discussion, Bryant will individually coach each voice-over actor through scripted V/O copy in a private recording session.
After the conclusion of the event, Bryant will create and email you ONE completed sample track with music, effects and all the bells and whistles that make a demo professional and marketable. This will be emailed to you within 1-2 weeks after completing this intensive.
Don't miss this unique VO intensive!
This intensive is for adults and teens (16+).
"Bryant was fabulous! I got sooo much out of this past Saturday's V/O Demo Intensive, so fun and full of useful information!!" -Kylie Delre
"This was my second intensive I took with Bryant and both times he has been extremely generous in the amount and detail of information and open in his answers. I have been doing voice overs in Europe for 14 years now and am trying to continue here, in New York. The clarity and amount of information Bryant provided about the creation of a voice over demo in such a short amount of time would probably take me weeks (or months) and definitely more money to try to acquire on my own. I was completely amazed how literally ON THE SPOT he created such a type specific and totally professional script to record. In my case, not only did he write one that was perfectly suitable for an actress with an accent (a.k.a. me) after just a few words with me, but he changed it completely once we realized during the recording that it was not working for me. The final result was fantastic and I will be using the recording as part of my professional demo. I would definitely recommend ANY class with Bryant to my fellow actors. Thank you!" -Katarina Vizina
